As the Self-Storage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. This includes leasing units, managing tenant accounts, maintaining property standards, and driving revenue through outstanding customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants
- Rent units, process payments, and manage customer accounts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure facility
- Manage inventory of moving supplies and retail items
- Perform light maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records and daily reporting
- High School diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or property management preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, facility management software)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
