Join Our Storage Team
- We are a self-storage facility looking for a reliable, versatile, customer-focused Attendant to keep property clean & well maintained, greet and assist renters, monitor security.
Full or Part-time shifts available, competitive pay, and a friendly, low-stress environment.
What You Will Do
o Performing maintenance and cleaning of: Restrooms, walkways, common areas, office, loading and unload areas, units upon move out parking lots.
o Leasing units, collecting rent, answering calls, walking the grounds, checking surveillance, and logging incidents, showing open spaces available and cold calling.
You will be the face of the facility, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued during each visit.
Compensation Package
o Starting wage $18–$20per hour - depending on experience

Work Environment
