Summary:
This position will be involved in data entry, data validation, help maintain and improve existing reports and databases, and develop ad hoc reports as needed.

Essential functions of the role that can be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Analyze financial and operational data and provide information to assist senior management in making good business decisions.
- Perform other ad-hoc reporting and analyses for the organization
- Creating and managing forecasts, budgets, and quarterly outlooks
- Forecast performance for potential acquisitions and existing stores
- Assist in maintaining financial statements and statements of cash flow to maximize net income
- Participate in monthly leadership calls to communicate financial health of the business.
- Partner with district management on making financial decisions that affect their properties
- Work cross-functionally, assisting with interdepartmental projects and processes
- Collaborate with the Data and IT teams on the successful implementation of a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution
- This position can be fully remote with work performed at home or a hybrid remote position where office scheduling requirements are determined by your supervisor and are subject to change at any time according to business needs.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or similar experience in related position preferred.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in groups.
• Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving
• Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Great time management
• Exceptional presentation and analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP’s, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL preferred, but not required
Language Skills: Must be fluent in speaking and writing the English language.
Work Hours: In a typical week, this position requires a minimum of 40 hours with regular and predictable attendance. Occasional weekends may be required.
Work Environment: This work is usually performed with normal noise levels and minimum exposure to hazardous conditions.
