This position will be installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.

Essential functions of the role that can be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Assist with new device set-up and software installation including computers, laptops, and tablets.
• Responding to Helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting phone systems, telecom accounts, and manage vendor relationships
• Creating/maintaining various accounts for store and corporate uses
• Configuration of printers, scanners, and other devices for store locations and field staff.
• Troubleshooting email system issues and other software support needs.
• Set-up and maintain user accounts for corporate and store level personnel, including MFO and SSO.
• Assist with collaboration tools (Office 365) administration and support.
• Serve as main point of contact for telecommunication set-up, support, and service changes.
• Troubleshooting support for store VOIP phones and related telecom software and accounts
• Create and manage new accounts within the telecommunication system for SAM’s transition stores.
• Ordering of hardware devices such as tablets, VOIP phones, monitors, printers and card readers.
• Help with the creation of IT training documents and user resources.
• Assist with monitoring IT Help Desk ticketing system and the managing of responses and/or follow-up.
• Design, analysis, creation and documentation of new solutions, processes and technology
• Manage vendor resources and relationships.
• Research and aide in new software or hardware systems and services for corporate and store level.
• Participate in the off-hours on-call rotation (nights and weekends)
• All other duties as assigned.
• This position is hybrid remote. In office scheduling requirements are determined by your supervisor and
are subject to change at any time.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Associate degree (or equivalent certifications) in computer/technology information or 3 years relevant experience in similar role. Network and telecom experience are preferred, self-storage industry experience a plus!
Language Skills: Must be fluent in speaking and writing the English language.
Work Hours: In a typical week, this position requires a minimum of 40 hours with regular and predictable attendance. Will include occasional weekend work. This position following required Home Office Training can be performed, hybrid remote.
Work Environment: This work is usually performed indoors in an office environment with normal noise levels and no exposure to hazardous conditions.
