Territory Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

This full-time role is based out of our Northeast Texas manufacturing facility and focuses on serving contractors and manufacturers throughout Texas and the surrounding states. As a Territory Sales Specialist, you’ll be the connection between our high-quality metal products and the people who need them — building lasting relationships, providing trusted solutions, and driving sales growth in the region.

BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION OF 5% GROSS PROFIT PER INVOICE!

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities with contractors and customers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing customers.
• Promote and sell our full line of metal panels, trim and accessories.
• Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals and close sales opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits to identify opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Serve as a trusted resource and primary point of contact and support for customers.
• Track sales activity and opportunities to the CRM.
• Share market feedback, customer trends and competitive insights with leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 3 years of outside sales experience in building materials or construction required.
• Must be results-oriented and drive continuous territory improvement.
• Ability to effectively persuade by asking appropriate business questions to determine customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
• Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
• Team player with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
