Position: Full-Time Facility Manager/ Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and professional Facility Manager with strong sales experience to join our Stor-It team. This is a key position where you'll be the face of the facility and the first point of contact for customers looking to rent storage units.

Daily Responsibilities
• Answering phone inquiries and converting leads into rentals
• Managing move-ins, move-outs, and tenant accounts
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming office and facility
• Completing daily deposits, reports, and required paperwork
• Marketing the facility to increase traffic and occupancy
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
Ideal Candidate
Friendly, dependable, energetic, and passionate about sales and customer service. Previous storage industry experience is a plus, but not required for the right person.
