Manager II Field Ops Support
As a leader in the retail grocery industry, we are committed to feeding all the important moments in our customers' lives. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager of Field Operations Support to play a key role in helping their region identify and execute profitable sales opportunities at the local market level.
This position partners closely with Operations and Merchandising teams to support efficient ordering, scheduling, and performance processes that drive successful store execution. By analyzing key performance indicators and collaborating across teams, this role helps ensure stores are well merchandised, operationally effective, and positioned to deliver a strong customer experience throughout the assigned market.

Manager II Field Ops Support

What we ask of you:
- Collaborate with District Directors, Merchandising, and Field Support teams to help stores achieve sales goals and deliver a strong customer experience across the region
- Partner with Brand Marketing to help tailor regional and shopper marketing efforts to reflect the unique needs and preferences of local communities
- Build positive relationships within the local community by connecting with professional organizations, community groups, and public and private partners to support brand awareness and growth opportunities
- Share insights on local market trends and customer needs to support category planning and contribute to weekly sales strategies alongside cross-functional teams
- Visit stores and monitor local market activity to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and opportunities to introduce diverse and local vendors to the merchandising team
- Work closely with Operations teams to review sales goals, support planning efforts, and help execute department and category initiatives that drive overall business success
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity, providing thoughtful insights and recommendations to leadership and planning partners
- Review customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) results to help identify opportunities to improve the customer and store experience
- 8-10 years of Store Manager experience with a strong understanding of business operations, sales performance, and strategies that support overall store success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Leadership skills with the ability to collaborate, inspire and guide teams to meet goals
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
- Self-driven with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering positive customer and team experiences
