The Manager II Field Ops Supports is the primary support for their Region in driving the localization and activation of profitable sales opportunities. This role also works closely with the Operations team reviewing ordering processes, scheduling and other KPIs that influence the ability deliver profitable well merchandised stores holistically throughout the assigned market.
Responsibilities:
Works closely with the District Directors, Category Merchandising, and Field Specialists on all aspects of operations impacting the ability of the stores to deliver positive sales vs. budget
> Partners with Brand Marketing team to ensure Shopper/Regional Marketing is customized to the needs of the local market
> Serves as the local face of the brand for potential sales-building opportunities in the local community by developing constructive relationships with local professional organizations, special interest groups, and public/private sector agencies> Accountable for bringing local market needs into the development of the Category Team and partner with Merchandising Planning to incorporate the Category Plan into of the weekly sales plan
> Conduct store & competitor visits and identify local and diverse vendors in the community to refer to the merchandising team.
> Review sales budgets and projections with the Operations team, oversee the execution of department /category strategies
> Understand the competitive landscape and market and report significant findings to Market Lead and Merchandising Planning.
> Follows and reviews NPS (Net Promoter Score) and customer feedback to identify and address issues or concerns
Qualifications:
8-10 years of management experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
