Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing knowledgeable recommendations
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, utensils, and service stations
- Handle food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards
- Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet or catering events
- Ensure dietary restrictions and special requests are accommodated with care
- Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Experience
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, especially in fine dining or banquet environments
