Comments

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in finding products within the grocery department
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory levels
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Provide product recommendations and assist with product inquiries
- Assist in unloading deliveries and verifying incoming merchandise
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure product quality standards

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of grocery products and willingness to learn about new products
- Familiarity with technology sales or wireless sales is beneficial
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for customer assistance
- Experience with upselling techniques and product demonstrations is an asset
