What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Dental Hygienist position at Stony Creek Dentistry?
This Is Not a Typical Dental Hygiene Job
You already have a great job.
You’re respected. You’re busy. You’re good at what you do.
But... you might be quietly wondering if something better exists.
It does.
We’re a beautifully designed, high-performing dental practice looking for a top-
tier dental hygienist—the kind who takes pride in their work, values teamwork,
and wants to be part of an office that actually functions well.
Why Our Hygienists Stay
- A stunning, modern office that feels more like a boutique than a clinic
- A fully staffed, well-organized team (no chaos, no scrambling)
- Doctors who respect your clinical judgment and your time
- Clear goals—and the systems to actually reach them
- A fun, supportive culture where people genuinely enjoy working together
- Patients who value dentistry and show up
Who We’re Hoping to Meet
- A licensed dental hygienist who’s confident, skilled, and professional
- Someone who wants long-term growth, not just a paycheck
- A team player who values excellence without burnout
- Currently employed... but open to something exceptional
- Competitive compensation (we know great hygienists have options)
- A schedule that runs on time
- Supportive leadership and zero micromanaging
- A workplace you’re proud to be part of
- If you’re happy where you are, that’s great.
- If you’re curious whether something better is out there, let’s talk—confidentially.
