The Postdoctoral Associate will work closely with the Principal Investigator to conduct innovative, cross-disciplinary research while ensuring all experiments comply with institutional policies and procedures. The role includes conducting experiments in chronic liver disease and alcohol-associated liver disease, with an emphasis on multi-organ interactions involving the brain and cardiovascular system. Minimum Qualifications- Ph.D. in molecular biology, cancer biology, neuroscience, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated experience in molecular biology, cell culture, and animal studies with peer-reviewed publications
- Background or interest in cardiovascular biology, neuroscience, or multi-organ disease mechanisms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to research challenges
- Willing to submit grant application if eligible.
