Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse-Full Time

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and will be committed to providing high-quality nursing services in various settings, including medical offices, pediatrics, triage, patient education and clia-waived lab testing. This role requires adherence to HIPAA regulations and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and individuals with disabilities.

Duties

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Eclinicalworks.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
• * Qualifications Valid RN/LPN license in NYS.

• Experience in medical office settings or hospital medicine preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Previous patients or individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
