We are a busy pediatric primary care practice with 2 office locations in rural/semi-rural Western New York looking for a full-time advanced practice provider to join our team at Stony Brook Pediatrics.

What doing a great job will look like:
- Seeing an average of 20-25 patients per day.
- Responding to patient calls/messages within 24 hours
- Building a full patient panel with support from administrative team
- Collaborating with other providers throughout the clinical day
- Working with local school districts to oversee health policies for students
We will help you do a great job:
- Orientation program customized to your needs, whether you’re a new provider or have years of pediatric experience
- Provide training in use of EMR as well as managing the workflow of a busy office
- Supportive MD team always available for APP clinical questions
- In-house social worker/care manager and lactation consultant
- Reach Out and Read program in place to help promote early literacy
- Practice holds a collaborative relationship with local psychiatric and social services team who provide regular consultations on mental health patients and medication management
