Stonington Institute is committed to providing quality substance abuse treatment options for adults in Southeastern Connecticut and surrounding areas. We offer medical detox as well as residential addictions treatment for active duty and retired military service members in our North Stonington location. Stonington Institute’s Detox Program is aimed at engagement, orientation and stabilization. We place emphasis on understanding the disease of addiction and solidifying a long-term recovery plan, and we work to ensure that every client is introduced to a 12-step model of recovery after the detox protocol is complete.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required. BSN preferred.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience as a registered nurse in a health care facility preferred. Experience with substance abuse is preferred.
Licensure: RN license to practice in CT.
