StoneyBrook Suites Assisted Living in Sioux Falls is seeking a compassionate, energetic Restorative Therapy & Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our leadership team. This unique position blends restorative therapy, cognitive wellness, exercise and activity programming, and purposeful life enrichment to help residents maintain their highest level of function while living meaningful, connected lives. Working alongside an interdisciplinary team including nursing, therapy, administration, and families, you will help residents continue doing the things that matter most through individualized restorative interventions and engage in wellness programming and activities.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Must have experience or interest in a leadership role, restorative therapy, exercise science, rehabilitation, senior wellness, leading activities, healthcare, fitness, or related fields.
- Understands the importance of maintaining function, independence, and dignity in older adults.
- Enjoys leading exercise, wellness, or cognitive engagement programs.
- Is highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Has problem-solving skills - reacts calmly and effectively in stressful working situations.
- Communicates effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Demonstrates creativity, compassion, patience, and enthusiasm.
- Thrives in a collaborative leadership environment.
- Has outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Flexibility to support staff training as needed
- On-call rotation approximately every 5-6 weeks with one rotating holiday on all with the expectation that if a shift is open, the on-call position will fill the position day or night
- Leadership position reporting to the Restorative Therapist and Administrator

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
