What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)
Keep the Office Running Smoothly:
· Provide general administrative support to the leadership team and department heads.
· Answer and route calls, manage mail, and maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper).
· Order office supplies and ensure workspaces are stocked, tidy, and professional.
Support Resident & Team Needs:
· Assist with onboarding paperwork and maintain accurate employee records.
· Help schedule interviews and coordinate new hire orientations.
· Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and vendors.
Maintain Accurate Records & Reports:
· Assist with preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
· Ensure regulatory and compliance documents are organized and up to date.
· Support documentation for resident care, HR, and operational processes as needed.
Collaborate & Communicate:
· Partner with nursing, HR, and leadership teams to support day-to-day operations.
· Help coordinate staff meetings, events, and special projects.
· Act as a communication hub—making sure everyone has the information they need when they need it.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Office Supplies)
Education & Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training preferred.
· 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
Skills & Competencies:
· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and data entry).
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:
Every other weekend 8am - 4:30pm
Salary:
$15.19/Hour - $18.42/Hour
