Job Summary: We are looking for competent and friendly restaurant servers to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner. The server should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and create new regular repeating guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with the help of management
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff
- Upsell menu items and specials
Requirements:
- 1 year experience as a restaurant server. Experience is important, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
We're hiring for all shifts and positions. Stoney Point Grill is located at 2031 Ridge Rd. Homewood, IL 60430. We are NOT currently hiring for our Mokena location.
