Role Description
All roles are full-time, in-office and fieldwork based in Aliso Viejo, CA, for Engineers, Geologists, and Technicians. Responsibilities will include conducting field investigations, analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and in-construction supporting roles. The opportunities involve applying technical expertise to design and implement solutions for a wide range of projects, including geotechnical, geologic, and hydrogeologic analyses. Team members are expected to perform construction review and monitoring, generate documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in geotechnical analysis, geological assessments, and hydrogeological studies
- Proficiency with geotechnical and geological software and tools
- Experience conducting fieldwork, collecting, and analyzing soil, rock, and groundwater samples
- Excellent report writing, data interpretation, and technical communication skills
- Understanding of construction monitoring protocols and adherence to safety standards
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams and manage project timelines
- Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering, geology, or related fields
- Professional/Geotechnical Engineering (PE/GE) or Geologist (PG/CEG) licensure is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
