Responsibilities
Department Overview:
The StoneX Payments team has a diverse customer base, ranging from global financial institutions to household names from the aid and development community and multinational corporate entities. With such a broad and diverse customer base, the team seeks a progressive, customer-focused individual to support the Senior Sales in their role of generating new business for the department and assist with coordinating the expansion plans in the region.
Primary duties will include:
- Assist in administrative tasks related to FX sales, including data entry, maintaining client records, and organizing sales materials.
- Support in the development and maintenance of a prospect database by conducting market research and gathering relevant information on potential clients.
- Help in preparing sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposals for potential clients.
- Assist in tracking sales activities, including lead generation, client interactions, client onboarding, and follow-up tasks using salesforce and excel
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and potential areas for differentiation.
- Assist in organizing client meetings, webinars, and events by coordinating logistics and preparing necessary materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and responding to inquiries.
- Participate in training sessions and shadowing opportunities to gain exposure to FX sales processes and industry best practices.
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve sales processes, enhance client engagement, and optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
