  • Mentor engineers in distributed system design, architectural best practices, and reliability engineering.
  • Participate in setting platform-wide strategy and standards, including build & deployment automation, metrics SLAs, logging standards, and incident protocols.
  • Define and implement lifecycle management and failure recovery practices across services.
  • Guide platform versioning, rollout policies, deployment safety mechanisms, and infrastructure management standards.
  • Represent the Developer Platforms team across the organization, connecting strategy to delivery.
  • Remove systemic blockers and define frameworks for solving complex technical challenges.

  • Deep expertise in designing and operating distributed systems and cloud-native architectures using “everything-as-code” and sophisticated automation systems.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, observability, release management, and infrastructure lifecycle practices.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and fostering reusable design patterns.

What makes you stand out:

  • You are passionate about improving processes, teams, and individual performance.
  • You bring a people-first mindset to leadership and mentorship.
  • You thrive in environments that require combining strategic thinking with technical leadership.
