Responsibilities

Position Purpose: Learn the primary functions of physical commodity trade and the key components of the commodity trade lifecycle including but not limited to:

• Pre-trade requirements
• Onboarding
• Limit establishment
• Trade booking
• Logistics (transportation & warehousing)
• Domestic trade documentation
• International trade documentation
• Trade settlement process & payments / billing / collections
  
  
  

Primary duties will include:

• Trade entry, reporting and monitoring
• Market analysis and business opportunity studies
• Sales and origination
• Deal modeling and structuring
• Infrastructure and software development
• Enterprise risk management
  
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft excel, other financial tools and programming languages
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to sharing ideas with the team

Early Careers Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2025 and August 2026 (entering penultimate year of university)
• Available for a June 2026 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
