Position Purpose:
As the EPMO function has expanded its services globally there is a need to continue to grow and bring in new talent to help drive the team forwards and ensure we have global coverage. With a variety of projects being undertaken within the EPMO there is a need for a Graduate Project Manager to come in to support other Project Managers and run some smaller initiatives where required.
Primary duties will include:

Position Purpose:

With a variety of projects being undertaken within the EPMO there is a need for a Graduate Project Manager to come in to support other Project Managers and run some smaller initiatives where required.
Primary duties will include:
- Assisting in the management and delivery of projects to ensure they fall within the agreed scope and budget.
- Liaising with team members and management to establish project roadmaps.
- Pulling together and maintaining project documentation using a variety of project tools.
- Planning and managing resource allocation with other competing priorities.
- Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
- Organising project team meetings and recording minutes.
- Preparing presentations to update senior team members on project progress and showcasing a project’s value.
- Delegating tasks to team members where required.
- Working with senior management to continually improve current processes.
- Organising and attending stakeholder meetings.
