Position Purpose: Provides administrative and training support to independent branch offices including ; assisting in the training and development of other administrators; providing pol i cy and procedural training: initiating, maintaining and documenting efficient and effective operational and systems policy and procedures: provid i ng operational support; providing an interface for Branch Operations , Home Office Operations, Retail Administration and all production areas.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Works in conjunction with the Regional Managers to complete requests from financial advisors/independent branch offices .
- Review documents received from outside offices to ensure complete and accurate data can be processed by Home Office Ope r ations.
- Review daily notifications from Compliance and Operations then delivers to the appropriate financial advisor for advisement
- Answer questions and research issues
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and v i a e-mail.
- Assists in the training and development of other adm i
- Provide policy and procedural training to ass i gned advisors and their
- Act as liaison between branch operations , home office operations, retail admin i stration and all production areas.

Job Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with other departments, court/regulatory personnel, clients, etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adhere to strict timelines.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
- Climate controlled office environment
- Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials.
- Dynamic, time-sensitive environment
