What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Success Associate position at Stonewood Financial?
Stonewood Financial helps independent financial advisors grow stronger, more tax-focused retirement planning practices. Through our software, training, marketing tools, and advisor education programs, we help advisors bring more value to their clients and create more growth in their businesses.
We are looking for a Member Success Associate to help new and existing Stonewood members get the most out of their membership. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a candidate with 1-2 years experience.
Successful candidates will enjoy building relationships, teaching others, solving problems, and helping financial professionals put new ideas into action. You’ll work directly with advisors and their teams through phone calls, Zoom meetings, email, and training sessions to help them successfully adopt Stonewood’s software, tools, and sales systems.
What You’ll Do
Onboard New Members
Guide new Stonewood members through their first weeks and months of membership. This includes scheduling and leading onboarding calls, training advisors and their staff on our software and tools, and helping each firm understand how to use Stonewood resources in their business.
Train and Support Advisors
Lead coaching calls, Zoom trainings, and follow-up conversations with advisors to help them use Stonewood’s tax and retirement planning software, marketing tools, client-facing resources, and sales ideas.
Drive Member Engagement
Proactively reach out to members to encourage usage, answer questions, identify obstacles, and help advisors stay engaged with the tools and training available through their membership.
Support Retention and Renewals
Create a positive, high-value member experience with the ultimate goal of helping advisors succeed — and renew their Stonewood membership year after year.
Collaborate Across the Team
Share member feedback with the sales, marketing, software, and leadership teams so Stonewood can continue improving the member experience.

- Apply Stonewood ideas in their own client and prospect conversations
- See clear value in their membership
- Renew their membership annually
Success in this role will be measured through a combination of onboarding activity, training engagement, member satisfaction, software/tool adoption, and renewal outcomes.

This position includes salary plus bonus structure. Bonus opportunities are tied to predetermined success metrics.
