Responsibilities

• Assist with pipe installation, fitting, and assembly on construction sites under supervision
• Learn to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and building plans accurately
• Support the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems to ensure proper function and compliance with building codes
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques safely and effectively
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members
• Participate in remodeling projects by assisting with plumbing system upgrades or modifications
• Help with general site cleanup, material organization, and ensuring all tools are maintained properly

Requirements

• Prior construction experience or hands-on work in related trades is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe installation, and mechanical concepts is advantageous
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings is a plus
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines safely
• Strong mechanical aptitude with good basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service when interacting with clients or team members
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols, building code compliance, and workplace regulations
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is beneficial for site visits
