Our firm is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist who can provide a broad range of operations support with emphasis on personnel security, background investigation processing, customer service, and adjudications. This individual must positively interact with both clients and corporate colleagues on a daily basis and be able to thrive in a team environment
Essential Functions:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer-focused solutions
- Attention to detail and positive demeanor
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to work with personnel from all levels of an organization
- Assist with all aspects of background investigation processing for the client population
- Support adjudicative determinations
Job Requirements:
- Prior personnel security experience required
- Prior adjudication experience or training required (candidates without this qualification will not be considered)
- Strong preference for candidates with previous federal contracting experience
- Strong oral and written communications skills required
- Strong MS Office skills required
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)
Job Location:
- Bethesda, MD (currently working from home 4 days per week)
Salary:
- $95,000 - $105,000 per year
