Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a friendly atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary needs and preferences are accommodated
- Serve meals promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation setting up serving stations and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas by bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring proper sanitation practices are upheld
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service and resolving any concerns efficiently
- Daily side work responsibilities
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy service hours
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively guests
- Ability to work flexible hours. Weekends and holidays mandatory from May to early December.
