Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment
- Plan, prioritize, and execute preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, HVAC systems, electrical panels, and facility infrastructure using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical (including high voltage and low voltage systems), and pneumatic issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools
- Oversee the installation, repair, and calibration of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Manage facilities maintenance tasks including HVAC systems, low voltage wiring, electrical panels, and high voltage equipment to maintain safety standards
- Collaborate with project management teams on equipment upgrades or new installations to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory within CMMS software to facilitate tracking and reporting
Skills
- Strong management skills with proven experience supervising maintenance teams in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Extensive mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience covering both low voltage and high voltage systems
- Proficiency in reading schematics and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting complex machinery
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation systems
- Familiarity with facilities management practices including HVAC systems and building infrastructure maintenance
- Knowledge of maintenance management principles using CMMS platforms for scheduling and record keeping
- Ability to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and specifications effectively
- Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and foster a safety-first culture
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting in industrial settings
- Effective communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration across departments
