JOB OBJECTIVE
The Warehouse EDI Specialist is responsible for receiving, processing, and transmitting all EDI orders received from outside vendors.

Earn it and Love it:
• Pay rate: $23.00 per hour
• Steady Schedule Seasonal Overtime to Keep Our Customers Smiling: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, with mandatory overtime
JOB SUMMARY
• Download EDI orders from GE services into company system and print pick/pack lists with VCC-128 shipping labels
• Separate and prepare paperwork and labels for picking stage, including ensuring that updated pricing is included on pick lists
• Coordinate ship dates for accurate and timely shipment of orders
• Send Advance Ship Notices (ASNs) when shipment is completed
• Assist with set up of new vendors, including system troubleshooting as needed, including coordination with GE Services technicians as appropriate
• Assist with picking, packing and labeling of EDI orders as needed
• Assist with shipping and processing of freight order as well as small packing shipping of UPS, FedEx and USPS
• Create special labeling for selected vendors
• Report any conditions that need attention to appropriate department manager
• Follow all company policies and procedures with regard to safety, including food safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, and equipment
• Cross-train to work in other areas of the Warehouse as needed
• May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week periodically as business needs require
• Perform other job duties as assigned
Requirements
EXPECTATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and to stand for several hours at a time
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Windows preferred) with strong attention to detail
• Must have experience with electrical and manual pallet jacks and fork lifts
