We are looking for an individual to join our Admin Team as a Purchasing Specialist. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail oriented has a positive attitude! Experience is a plus but not necessary, we are willing to train the right person. Paid training, holidays and time off, retirement savings match, health, dental, vision and life insurance offered. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Office Administrator to order needed materials.
- Researching price and availability of new components, cable and products.
- Contact vendors as needed for pricing and info.
- Enter Accounts Payable.
- Assist with answering incoming phone calls.
- Updated supplier information including price and availability.
- Buy material at the best price available.
- Review reorder points and reorder quantities for stock material.
- Track vendor on-time delivery and log vendor issues.
- Advise the inventory department issues in a timely manner.

- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Good reading, writing and math skills.

- Able to be flexible and receptive to change.
Physical Demands:
- Able to sit for extended periods with regularly scheduled breaks.
- No movement restrictions on wrists or hands.
- Good dexterity.
- Good eye sight (corrective ok)
