StoneTrends, LLCis a manufacturer of quartz (Cambria) countertops, vanities, fireplace surrounds, and tub surrounds in St. Louis (Chesterfield) MO 63005.

We provide our customers with a timely delivery of products whose performance and appearance are in accordance with the tradition of high manufacturing standards.

We are currently looking to fill a position as:

• Installer, stone counter tops

.

Objective

• Responsible for installing stone counter tops.
• Works within the team for the achievement of 100% customer satisfaction.

.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities(including but not limited to) :

• Tear out of existing counter tops.
• Responsible for the installation of granite & quartz counter tops.
• Responsible for the installation of sinks.
• Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas that allows giving effective presentation of StoneTrends, LLC and its products.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate on a business conversation with business owners, architects, designers, homeowners, and decision makers.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
• Interface with customers, subcontractors, operations, and CAD to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems.
• Be proactive as company’s representative.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience, and Background:

• Minimum of 2 years of counter top installation experience required.
• Work with minimum and/or no supervision.
• Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve quotas.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
