Stonetech Marble & Granite is a family-owned countertop fabrication and installation company serving the Phoenix-Mesa area. We take pride in producing high-quality projects and are looking for a motivated Granite Installer Helper to join our team.
Job Summary
The Granite Installer Helper will work alongside lead installers to deliver and install granite, quartz, and other stone countertops. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to safely handle heavy materials.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with loading, transporting, and installing countertops at customer job sites
- Safely handle stone slabs, using carts, clamps, and other tools
- Help secure countertops, apply adhesives, and seal seams
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and tools
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Provide excellent customer service on-site by being professional and respectful
- Support the installation team with any additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, installation, or similar labor work is a plus (not required)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs consistently and work in a physically demanding role
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to shop/work sites
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the stone fabrication/installation trade
