Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant at our Jackson Hole, Wy. location. The Sales Consultant will assist customers with the vehicle selection process, provide information on available features and benefits, and guide them through the purchasing journey. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with customers, staying informed about inventory and vehicle specifications, and delivering a positive and professional experience to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey vehicle features and financing options
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic, team-focused environment
- Familiarity with automotive products and services is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
