Stones River Electric is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will provide essential IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware, software, and network systems while delivering exceptional service to both onsite and remote users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for both onsite and remote users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Troubleshoot and resolve level 2 tickets for hardware, software, and network incidents
- Provide IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), device replacement, and break/fix support
- Visit local Nashville customers for onsite support as needed
- Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures and solutions
- Minimum 3 years of desk-side support experience
- A , MCP, MSCE, or equivalent certification desired
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
- Proficient in troubleshooting MS Windows operating systems
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Strong analytic and troubleshooting abilities
- Reliable transportation to visit onsite locations
- Experience with network security and antivirus programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly
