Duties

- Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, fryers, and ovens efficiently.
- Assist in menu planning and meal preparation to meet dietary needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment regularly.
- Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary requirements when necessary.
Skills
