Position: RN Shift: Every Other Weekend 7am-3pm Starting Pay: $40 - $48 per hour based on years of licensure

Qualifications
All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility. Some of the roles in our community also require that we ask about your vaccination status.

Qualifications
- Able to read, write, communicate, and legibly document resident care in English
- Hold a current, active License in Connecticut as a Registered Nurse
- Skilled Nursing RN experience a plus
- Daily Pay (Optional)
- Annual Raise (Based on Performance Review)
- Annual Bonus (Based on hours worked, $1,750 for FT employee in 2024)

- Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on his/her shift.
- Administers direct care as necessary.
- Gives and receives shift reports.
- Rounds at least twice a shift to ensure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
- Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in residents’ condition.
- Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.
- MDS Backup and Nursing Input as needed.
