Role Description

StoneRidge Retirement Living Communities, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, on-site position at our Myerstown, PA location. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication administration, monitoring health outcomes, and documenting care provided. The LPN will collaborate with the healthcare team, assist with planning and implementing personalized care plans, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Additionally, this role involves interacting with residents and families to foster a caring and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Strong clinical skills including bedside care, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and medical documentation
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple tasks
• Knowledge of health and safety standards, including infection control and emergency protocols
• Previous experience in a senior care or long-term care setting is a plus
