Your Role as an LPN
As an LPN at StoneRidge, you’ll play a key role across both Skilled Nursing and Personal Care, delivering high-quality care while supporting residents, families, and your team.
You will:
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident conditions
- Communicating with physicians and families as a resident advocate
- Support nurse aides
- Assist with care planning and implementation
- Respond to changes in condition and emergencies with confidence
- Help create a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment

- Active LPN License
