Job Summary:
- Knowledge of cooking procedures and large quantity recipes.
- Able to prepare and serve food according to menus and recipes.
- Graduate of food-related course (ex: ServSafe). Preferred, not required.
- An understanding of and willingness to live out our mission and values, providing compassionate person-centered care to all residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provides nutritional meals, served properly to the satisfaction of the residents.
- Supervises employees in the absence of management.
- Serves as lead cook by guiding, assisting, training, and assigning tasks.
