- Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing clear information and assistance to customers.
- Monitor shipping & receiving operations, ensuring timely processing of freight and compliance with logistics procedures.
- Support transportation planning by analyzing data related to delivery schedules, fleet utilization, and route efficiency using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools.
- Communicate effectively customers and the front end personnel to provide our customers with a pleasant shopping experience.
- Prior experience in a grocery store setting, taking care of customers as they shop the store is very important.
