Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails
- Maintain and update calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records
- Utilize computerized systems to input and retrieve information
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
