Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, preparing the fresh dough, etc. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out the trash, keeping coolers organized, and using FIFO when producing new products.
