This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned tax professional with extensive expertise in high-net-worth taxation, including partnerships, individuals, trusts, estates, charitable planning, and sophisticated gift strategies. With three senior partners preparing for retirement, the incoming Tax Director will inherit high-value client relationships, oversee complex tax matters, and help shape the future of the firm.

What You Will Do:
- Lead tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, estates, and business entities
- Oversee sophisticated strategies in gift, estate, and charitable tax planning
- Serve as the primary advisor for legacy client relationships, including ultra-high-net-worth families
- Manage and mentor a skilled team of tax professionals
- Drive process improvements and contribute to firmwide initiatives
- Support succession planning and transition of legacy clients
- 10 years of public accounting experience
- Deep expertise in high net worth taxation (individual, partnership, trust, estate, gift, and charitable)
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
- CPA required
