Tax Supervisor and Senior Tax Manager needed as well! | $120K to $210K
Location: Tucson, AZ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid during the off season
Compensation: $120,000 to $210,000 base, depending on level and experience, plus additional bonus opportunities
Stonepath is partnering with a highly regarded, established public accounting firm in Tucson that is continuing to grow its Tax practice.
We are currently considering experienced public accounting professionals at three levels:
Tax Supervisor: $120K base | 2 to 5 years of experience
Tax Manager: $160K base | 5 to 8 years of experience
Senior Tax Manager: $210K base | 8 years of experience
This is an excellent opportunity for tax professionals who want strong compensation, meaningful client exposure, leadership opportunities, and a genuine path for continued advancement.
The advancement track is proven: Six professionals have advanced to Partner during the current Managing Partner’s tenure.
What We're Looking For
• 2 years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred, depending on level
• Strong knowledge of business and individual taxation
In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may have the opportunity to earn discretionary, origination, and overtime bonuses, depending on level and eligibility.
