Duties
- Perform apartment renovations. Remove any items left by previous tenant, paint and repair walls and floors.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
- Install fixtures, cabinets, doors, windows, glass panels, and hardware.
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in remodeling, renovation, or restoration projects.
- Knowledge of electrical work—including wiring, fixture installation—and plumbing systems.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers; power tools including grinders and sanders; heavy equipment operation preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety standards on construction sites.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
