Stonehill Communities is looking for fun, loving and compassionate team members to assist residents with their dining experience at our Assisted Living and Health Center locations. This position will be scheduled 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and requires every other weekend and every other holiday.
As a Server, you are part of the Dining Services team with responsibilities that include setting tables, taking meal orders, serving the meal to the residents, and cleaning up. This position supports the family-friendly environment that includes great conversation and lots of laughter.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and experience equivalent to:
- High School diploma or equivalent and successful completion of a 90 hour Safety Sanitation course;
- At least six (6) months of previous cafeteria, institutional food service is preferred;
- Must be flexible and resourceful in handling work responsibilities;
- Should have a positive, enthusiastic personality with skills at motivating others;
- Good English language abilities needed to communicate effetely with team members, residents and others;
- Ability to follow directions is necessary, and must be able to successfully pass the Food Handlers exam;
- Must also ascribe to the values in the Franciscan-inspired mission and vision statements;
- Capability of having the initiative as well as follow through in carrying out duties;
- Must also ascribe to the values in the Franciscan-inspired Stonehill mission and vision statements.
Performs preparatory work in serving meals. Serves citizens and handles cleanup after meals. Assists in washing dishes and/or putting dishes away.
