What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver, Part-Time, 1st Shift, Assisted Living position at Stonehill Communities?
As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with daily living activities with the goal of enhancing each resident's quality of life. Administer medication reminders and/or medication after completing nurse delegation. Provide showering/bathing and personal hygiene assistance. Get the residents dressed and ready in the morning, evening, and/or as needed. Assists residents with ambulation. Observe and report changes in the residents condition to the Nurse Supervisor. Completes work, and care documentation with accuracy and within a specified time frame. Maintains current knowledge of all applicable resident care policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Complete Mandatory yearly in-service training
- Professional, pleasant and helpful attitude
- Capable of respecting privacy and confidential information
Shift: 1st Shift
Status: Part-Time (20-59 hours per pay period)

This position will be scheduled 1st shift, 4-hour, 8-hour, or 12-hour shifts, and requires every other weekend as well as every other holiday. Holiday pay is at a rate of double time employee's base pay rate.
