Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Day Shift Nurse RN/LPN to join our healthcare team. This role requires a professional with comprehensive nursing expertise, capable of providing exceptional patient care within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and the ability to coordinate care effectively. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, triaging concerns, and supporting multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and review of medical histories.
- Monitor patient status continuously through telemetry and ventilator management, ensuring immediate response to critical changes.
- Provide triage services by evaluating symptoms, prioritizing care needs, and directing patients to appropriate levels of care or specialists.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across specialties such as cardiology, ophthalmology, infectious disease care, behavioral health, geriatrics, and trauma medicine to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans.
Pay is dependent on specific licensure and experience.
Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
