Responsibilities:
Assist Construction Manager in building new homes
Punchout and Pre-Title work
Carpentry work
Maintaining a safe, CLEAN job site
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance and other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Must have own vehicle
Must have own tools
